Breakfast for Dinner

One of my pet peeves is wasting food so tonight, in order to use our St. Patrick's Day corned beef we had corned beef hash complete with a fried egg on top.

Ladybug Picnic

We celebrated my daughter's third birthday today with a ladybug picnic. Check out the cool cake and cookies that my mom made for the occasion!

I Scream, You Scream

We all scream for ice cream - cookies, that is. I made these sweet treats for a friend's birthday party favors. I thought they were appropriate for a little boy - with the light blue ice cream and brown and blue ribbon.

"Neopolitan" Box

Here we have a little creation I call my "Neopolitan" Box. It includes a chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream icing, a vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream and a strawberry cupcake with cream cheese frosting.
